This luxury condo is in ground level, 24 hour Live guard gated community in Dana Point, CA. Adjacent to 5 Star Waldorf Astoria Monarch Resort, close to Salt creek beach , Strand beach, Laguna Beach, Thousand step beach, ocean view beautiful walking trail in Montage resort and lots more, walking trail through scenic Golf course to Beach About 10 mins, Bike Riding, Surfing, whale watching, free Trolly ride Dana point to Laguna beach, Great location! Close to Dana Point Harbor, all that activities Dana Point has to offer, Great restaurants, shopping, dining, Paddle boarding and boating activities galore, Southern California attractions. Quiet and peaceful area.
Enjoy three separate pool, spa area and gym. One pool is with ocean view.
This is 2 bedroom 2 full bath unit, stainless steel appliances including dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, air fryer, coffee maker, blender, toaster, full cookware, dishes, etc. and refrigerator.
Queen Bed in master Bedroom, 2nd bedroom has one bunk bed and one twin bed, 2 TV’s in Living room and master bedroom, Cable, WIFI, Laundry inside the condo.
Unit comes with 1 car covered assigned free parking and plenty of uncovered free parking. Maximum 2 car allowed.
Granite counter tops and Shaker style cabinets.This unit have Central A/C , Heater, Decorated with a relaxed Beach atmosphere. Beach towels, beach chairs included. Full linens.
Our rental agreement included no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise in occupancy or parties. Due to local laws-or HOA policies guest must be 25 years old age to book the property, under 25 years of age must be accompanied by one parent or legal guardian.
