It has its own private two car garage , private balcony from the primary bedroom, and comfortably sleeps 4. Walking distance to beautiful Pines Park and < than 5 minute drive to downtown Dana Point, San Clemente, and world class beaches, this home is conveniently central in a beach community.

The primary bedroom has a a king sized bed and sliders to the balcony. The second bedroom has 2 queen sized beds, both bedrooms are upstairs. There’s a private side patio area as well as a two car garage with new washer and dryers.
