Located in the heart of downtown Dana Point you can walk to everything nearby from the new Dana Point Promenade restaurants, cafes, galleries, shops and salons - to the local festivals, Farmers Market and Dana Point Harbor including baby beach, fishing excursions, day-tripping to Catalina, and many excellent dining opportunities from breakfast to late night.
The Bluff Top Trail (2 blocks away) is a historical walk along the Dana Point Bluffs. This 0.2 mile walk offers beautiful views of the Dana Point Harbor as well as some insight into the history of Dana Point.
Heritage Park is a 5 minute walk and offers sweeping views of the Dana Point Harbor. The park has plenty of large pine trees for shade, sloping grass hills, a walking path down to the harbor and a dog run.
