"Guest was denied the stay because there was no manager on site to take care of an issue. Front desk person seemed not to put the customer first and sounded clueless with zero incentive to help with the issue at hand. I will NOT use this hotel ever again."

"Staff was very helpful upon check-in. Rooms have the, 'this is clean' superficial markers but floors were sticky and lamp shades had very stark stains on them. Also, if you don't have lite-brealfast starting at 0630, don't advertise that you do. "

"Room was fairly clean. Floor hadn’t been cleaned and shower wasn’t great. Stayed 3 nights and had to go look for refills on paper products and coffee supplies. Son also had a room and his tv didn’t work for the 2 nights he stayed even after multiple calls to the front desk. Maintenance came and left without fixing the tv or bringing a replacement. Probably will choose a different hotel next time. "
