"The Lodge is beautiful in the middle of a lush jungle area. The rooms are very cozy and the whole structure is perfectly integrated in the environment. Excellent food and most importantly the kindness of all the stuff. Worth staying several days"
"Chef Rob runs an amazing hotel. It was our first time in Hopkins, and we look forward to returning. Can’t say enough great things about this place. A must stay if you want to enjoy the coastal beauty of Belize without the crowds of Placencia and San Pedro. "
"Nous avons passé un agreable séjour dans la cabane sur la plage, sous les cocotiers.
Nous avons beaucoup aimé l' acceuil qui nous a été réservée à Hopkins.. malheureusement la baignade a été compliquée à cause des sargasses.
Nous pourrions revenir avec grand plaisir. "
"Maya Heights resort is one of Belize's best kept secrets. It's tucked away upon a hill with the greatest scenery. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure a great stay, the restaurant experience was superior, great food and service.
It was my second visit and my birthday celebration trip. Overall another awesome experience to remember! "
"We enjoyed the visit. The hiking on the property was lovely and I enjoyed the community meals while watching the birds. Our cabin was small and rustic, but was pretty clean. "

"My family and I stayed at Seiri Del Mar, and we just left this place!! we’re visiting Hopkins. We usually stay at another place nearby, but they were booked up so we gave this resort a try. It exceeded our expectations and now this will likely be our new spot!!! The staff was welcoming, professional, and helpful with any questions we had. I believe the lady who checked us in was Eseri . She walked us to our room, welcome us to Hopkins, and ensured we had all the information to make our stay pleasant.
We were treated to a complementary cocktail at the beautiful restaurant on site. Our room had everything we needed, including a coffee maker and washer and dryer. Our view from the room and living area was beyond amazing. Everything about our trip here felt beautiful and peaceful. My family loved the pool and especially that it also had a Jacuzzi! The beach grounds were kept very clean, with maintenance raking the sand every morning. We were able to go paddle boarding, and kayaking at the beach in front of the resort, as all of these amenities were available to us. We felt very safe, with 24/7 security at the gate. I really can’t say enough great things about this place. You just have to check it out for yourself!! "
"The Sandpiper Cabanas are a wonderful place to stay in Hopkins! The units are lovely with full kitchens, comfortable beds and outdoor seating (along with lots of chairs and loungers directly on the beach). There are plenty of nearby restaurants with local fare within walking distance, but if you’d like to venture further there are bikes available for guests. The owner Arlene is lovely and hospitable offering lots of suggestions for dining and activities. I am a woman traveling solo and I felt very safe and at ease at this property and in the town. I highly recommend the Sandpiper for a relaxing and beautiful stay. "
"it was listed with Wifi/Internet but no internet. Its a false advertisement. Contacted the owner about the internet who said he would fix it but it never happened. I guess he never paid for the internet service in the first place.I contacted the owner the day before we arrived. He said he would have the house cleaned and let the cleaning lady know. We showed up, the key wasnt in the lock box as supposed to. Called the cleaning lady, she said the owner never told her about guest's arrival so she didn't clean the house or left the key in the lock box. She was a nice & helpful lady though, she promptly cleaned the house quickly while we were there waiting. So the entire stay had no internet nor toilet paper. Roaches & rat droppings were everywhere, especially in the bathrooms."
"Clement, the owner of the property, was very kind and helpful. The room was simple but clean. A great value. Nice location right on the ocean and near a beautiful river. A water machine to refill your water bottle was available with nice cold drinking water. I will definitely stay again next time I’m in Dangriga. "
