"Room was clean, staff was super friendly, only small issue I had previously gotten a late checkout for 12pm and we came back to room from breakfast at 11:20 and our keys didn’t work. Whoever changed my checkout or ok it, didn’t change it in their system. "

The fact that they were making sure that I had everything I need was awesome. The hotel had a lot of food shops near by and the beach in walking distance. "Even though it's at the airport, it is so quiet. This was my 4th visit and the staff is always very professional and friendly. The ladies use all safety steps checking you in. It is located in a very convenient area of the airport, near restaurants, check in counters, and drop-off area outside. "

"Very clean. Great shuttle service to cruise ports and airport! Staff is very friendly and helpful. Strangely though, the have advertisements in hallways and elevators for their bar, which does not exist. Good drinks and food next door though at Hyatt House. Definitely recommend this property."
