Special cruise event and many guests going on cruise were recommended to stay at hotel with transport to cruise port. Hotel really couldn’t accommodate all for breakfast was kind of overwhelmed but otherwise nice and close to airport and cruise port

Overall had a great stay at the Conrad. Staff were 9/10, very accommodating and friendly. Nice/spacious room, but different aspects like water residue in the shower head, a loose closet doorknob that nearly fell out, a kitchen cabinet nearly off the hinges and foot rest in the shower under the same condition cause me to not consider this property a true 5 star. All these were found upon my arrival. Yes, maintenance came and fixed the cabinet, foot rest & door knob upon request, but as a 5 star hotel, these issues should not be found in a “ready” room.
The amenities offered were great with awesome views of the beach. I was disappointed when discovering this property does not offer car service, as this is a common amenity in 5 star hotels. Overall a great property in a prime location. Just need a few more additions/ polishes to make this a true 5 star hotel.
