The hotel is beautiful. It has the most beautiful views.
The staff was very professional. Three of them , Franklin, Glen and Carlos very very professional and helpful.
My only complaint is that by the time I did the reservation , the two restaurants were working , but when we get there the Pampas was closed so that’s not fear. In my opinion The hotel must inform us about this. .
