I really liked the design of the hotel, unfortunately sometimes it lacked functionality. It was not possible to lock your room when inside, the AC was not working in the room, it was extremely hot, stuffy (and it was in March) the receptionist advised us to open the window, with the promise of sending maintenance the next day. Nobody came though. The check-in process was tedious, I do not understand why the agent does not write down all your personal details into the system, instead the guest...

The hotel is very easy to get to from the airport costs 2.50 with the train and takes about 40 mins although you do have to change trains. A short walk from the station to the hotel. From the outside the hotel looks old and dated however the rooms have been done up and look excellent. While I was there they were doing up some more of the hotel so it may change more next I go. Excellent hotel and location, impressive decoration in lobby and rooms. I stayed in a suite (Hansen) with 2 bathrooms. The bedroom is very nice with a comfortable bed. The main bathroom is top notch. Shower is rainfall and floor in the bathroom is heated. Both shower and bathtub is run by electronic buttons with a digital temperature settings. Toilet is with integral wash and dry facility.
