"Walked into our room, blood on the walls floor and ceiling. Beds were wet. Other guests were hanging out in the parking lot, drinking, music blaring, catcalling. Didn't feel safe as a single mom. We left immediately. Front desk staff was super helpful in making sure we received a refund."

"I’ve stayed in many hotels in the Lexington area over the last 25 years and this hotel was one of the best. Our room had two very comfortable queen beds with a separate sitting area with an L shaped couch. Despite being across from the elevator, I did not hear it and slept well. Very clean room with clean towels. I love that the vanity was outside the shower/toilet so that one person can be getting ready while another showered. The closet was large enough to hang clothes, as I prefer to do. Breakfast food was acceptable. Only wish is that the refrigerator had the little freezer top for my ice packs that I use daily when visiting Lexington. "

"The AC in my room was not working properly. Luckily it was not super hot, but I like it cool at night and even though it was turned all the way down to 60 it did not come on at all and I didn’t realize it till the second night there so it was not comfortable for me at night while I was sleeping. The restaurant was understaffed and service was very slow."
