The location is very close to main street, the second floor apartment was very well stocked with thoughful items. The Easter decorations were very well done, we had a wonderful time. Thank you!

Perfect Accommodations

We stayed at 4th St Retreat for a Centre College visit. It was so convenient to everything we needed. Loved having a kitchen to eat in when we wanted. The parking was spacious. Will definitely stay here again!

Cozy retreat-danville

It was a great place for my husband and I. Good location. Parking was great. It was perfect for two adults, but the other bedrooms were a little small. We loved the record player and records. Such a nice touch.

Conveniently located and very cute!

Stayed at this location for Centre College Homecoming. Conveniently located in walking distance to campus and downtown. Tons of parking and very cute apartment. Good space to all hang out together in the large living room. Bed was very comfortable, but the futons were a bit stiff to sleep on. Would stay again for a future Danville event!

A long weekend to celebrate grand-daughter's 8th birthday.

The 4th Street Retreat seemed like a good selection based on the pictures and the location which was only 2.3 miles from my son's house. The property was super clean with abundant parking in a central location. It exceeded every expectation we had. We will not hesitate to stay there again. Thank you, Macie

Suited Our Needs

The house is located close to the historic sites of Danville. The home is part of a shared building and must be accessed via its own external stairs to the second floor. This was not a problem for us, but I thought it would be worth mentioning. It is close to some medical facilities. As a result, we did hear sirens on a few occasions over the course of our one night stay. The property was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The king-sized mattress felt firm and springy...not the best. Our children slept on the two futons and slept well. Our host was quick to reply and accommodative to our request. We enjoyed our stay.
