About this property

Downtown Danville Luxury House, Pets OK, Centre

  • This 2 bedroom house is just 1/2 block off Main Street Downtown Danville. Have a stress free and fun weekend in town by not having to deal with driving and parking. This is the perfect home for Mom to cook her Centre student a home cooked meal while Dad watches the football game on the 58` TV in the living room. Tour a local Bourbon Trail Distillery. Pets are allowed ($20/pet per day fee). House is recently renovated including luxury bedding.
    Pets are allowed, but you must disclose that you are bringing a pet at the time of booking, and you must pay a $20/pet per night fee.

    House Rules!!!
    1) Have fun, enjoy your stay, but please respect the house and furniture
    2) Check out time is 11am
    3) No Smoking at all in the house!!!
    4) Do NOT allow Pets on the sofa or beds
    5) White towels should NOT be used for cleaning the floor or to be used to wipe makeup from face. We provide cleaning rags in the laundry cleaning closet and under the kitchen sink. And we provide makeup wipes for cleaning your face.
    6) All trash and garbage should be bagged (not thrown as loose garbage into the large blue trashcan on the side of the house)
