"Staff stood out. As a women traveling solo I felt completely safe and every single individual I’ve come across was beyond sweet. "I had a great stay at Riad Papillon. They arranged my transportation to and from the airport. The driver picked me up from the airport and drove me to the entrance of the Medina where someone from the Riad met me to help with my bags and walk me to the Riad. It is a very charming, quiet place to stay within minutes walk to everything. Breakfast was great and the concierge services were helpful and appreciated. I would definitely recommend staying here."

"I had an exceptional stay at this riad in Marrakesh and highly recommend it, especially for female solo travellers. The location is perfect—right in the heart of the Medina, yet peaceful, safe, and easy to access. Everything you need, from restaurants and shops to tours and attractions, is just steps away. The staff were truly amazing: warm, attentive, and genuinely caring. They went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and safe, which made all the difference when travelling alone. The riad itself is beautiful, clean, and full of charm. I felt completely at ease throughout my stay and would absolutely return on my next trip to Marrakesh.
