The rooms are great, clean and air conditioning worked perfectly. Staff were friendly and helpful. Only downside was wifi, seems that it gets to limit devices connected whenever the hotel is full. We could not connect the first two days of our stay, and staff could not help
I found the hotel staff were very accommodating. Clean property and renovated. Town centre and airport were in 30 min access by taxi. Restaurant was preparing good quality food for guest.
Stay was memorable and worth the price.
I really like the property and rooms, the pics online dont do it justice. The beds are so firm, next long trip in dar es salaam, I will book for the bed alone.
Pleasant surprise room 410 has a great view of the neighborhood and the sunset is ROMANTIC. I love the spacious bathroom with a window. The balcony is cute as well. Its a small room but if you typically just use the room to wind down and sleep, it works perfect. I wasn't able to try the restaurants and breakfast. The marble floors in the common areas are so beautiful. I enjoyed taking the stairs just to enjoy flooring and the windowed stairwell, which is an architectural gem in my opinion.
Ok...lastly.... please better train the reception. The young ladies working reception need better training for this classy hotel. Please train them on attentiveness and responsiveness.
Room clean. Bathroom door didn’t open fully, making it a tight squeeze to get in. Nice shower with hot water.
Hotel forgot to put towels in our bathroom but provided them quickly when asked.
This is such a nice hotel. Brand new, built to highest quality. Some teething issues (food can take long to arrive - but it is HIGH quality food) - just love how it is an oasis of calm but not in a false fake neighbourhood like Masaki. The neigbourhood of Kijitonyama has a real African feel with authentic Tanzanian bars and restaurants nearby
"I stayed at a brand-new hotel in the heart of Kijitonyama, and the experience was outstanding. The housekeeping service was top-notch, and the overseeing manager really made an impression. You can tell he's got years of experience in customer service — his hard work and dedication were evident throughout my stay." I will give 9/10. Some staff needs more training especially the front desk. But I will definitely come back.
