"The room was big but was sparsely furnished. The door conditioner worked well but was a bit noisy. The two main things I did not like was there were no towels, no drinking water, and no kettle to heat water. I'm sure I could have gone down and asked for these things but it was after midnight when I checked in and I had to get up early the next morning. There was no phone in the room."

They said no alternate room available Front office - prime time attendant does not speak English nor hotel staff Only alternate receptionist speak English - seemed nice guy- comes for few hours. My confirmed Orbitz reservation did not mean anything to the reception or remote supervisor he called. After discovering horrible room - they would not let me cancel the room.
