"This hotel understands the local vibe. I was gonna check out at 12 noon, but they told me I could check out at 3 pm. This hotel understands people come to this particular area for the night life and will be up most of the night. 3 pm checkout alone, is enough reason to book here. Hotel is also very secure. I arrived at midnight and had no problem checking in, even though official checkin is before 8 pm. You do have to spend about 100 pesos to get to walking street though, but there are also some...
