Walking distance to Duomo and The Galleria and choices for dining. Automatic laundromat is located about 10 minutes from the hotel.
Diego at check in was very helpful and answered all our questions. Gemma from breakfast was always smiling and remembered all our hot drink orders the second time we came in for breakfast.

I did not think the hotel was worth what I paid for. Pretty pricey. The staff was not very welcoming when I arrived. No smiles whenever we'd come and go. Very disappointed. Also, the room was very small. The plus side is it was close to the metro. The train is very close to the duomo and historic center.
