"no elevator: we were asked at check in if we preferred high floor or ground floor room, we replied high floor near elevator. we were assigned a high floor room but the hotel has no elevator so we had to carry our luggage up the stairs. they did not tell us that the hotel did not have any elevators"

"The breakfast was standard. But a nice bonus! My room was clean. The place is a bit dated but again, clean. The room had some issues that could certainly be addressed. The threshold to the bathroom was damaged and is a accident waiting to happen. No hair dryer, damaged towel rack etc. But overall comfortable bed, clean linens, clean floors."

"Everything was great, but the only discrepancy that I have is when I went to sit the sectional came apart I quickly notified the front desk But other than that it was a great stay"

"Super convenient location near the Golden 1 center. The staff are nice. Plenty of parking on the property. Will definitely stay again especially when we go watch games at Golden 1"

"It’s one of the very few comfort inn’s that’s located in a good area. Woodland ca is the outskirt suburban area of Sacramento. It’s away from the highly traffic and most populated areas of the city. Good area, but still it’s the comfort inn. So, don’t expect a luxury experience at all. "
