The upper level features a bright, open living area with vaulted ceilings, a cozy wood-burning fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, half bath and office. The entry level offers a master suite with queen bed and en suite bath, two additional queen bedrooms, and a shared full bath. Downstairs, the walk-out lower level includes a family room with sleep sofa, a queen bedroom with private bath, laundry area, and deck access to the hot tub.

A private, gated community located in beautiful Canaan Valley. You have access to both Spruce Island Lake and Sand Run Lake in Timberline to canoe and fish at (swimming prohibited by the HOA) and access to the Dolly Sods Wilderness Area.







You will be staying in a private, gated community. Please have a list of everyone that will be staying in the house (first & last names) and vehicle information. A guard house form will be given to you at check-in for you to put the information on that you will give to the guards.

Great Location/House

What an amazing find! Easy access to Dolly Sods. The house was perfect for our friend group of 8 - everyone had their own room and (almost) own bathroom. Beautiful views, comfortable living room perfect for hanging out and playing games. The kitchen was well appointed which made breakfast and dinner easy!

Perfect group Base Camp for our weekend exploring the Balckwater Falls Area!

We rented this property for our pre-wedding weekend of exploring the Blackwater Falls Area with our closest adventure friends. We had plenty of space for everyone. We enjoyed having breakfast while on the main deck in the mornings and watching the sunset in the evenings. It was great to come back from a day of hiking to soak in the hot tub as well. The property was very clean and well kept. We really enjoyed it!

Fantastic view, great location, comfy living room

Wonderful view of mountains and valley, great decks on several levels, fabulous living room with floor-to-ceiling windows and comfortable furniture, excellent access to Dolly Sods. Some things were broken, some kitchen stuff was very unclean, towels were ratty, etc. Even so, I'd come back here again.

Spent the weekend at Cody's while visiting Dolly Sods. Beautiful home with amazing views. I wish we had planned on staying longer. We could have easily spent more time just lounging around the home or exploring the trails in this large plan of homes. Appeared to be a busy weekend in the plan but it was very quiet on our road and at the home.

With a few small updates, this property would be wonderful.

My family truly enjoyed staying at Cody's place. The place was large and spacious and the views from the balconies were lovely. The temperature stayed cool, even in July, and we enjoyed soaking in the hot tub after hiking the many near by trails. Some things need to be updated on the property, such as dishes, kitchen utensils, towels and small holes in the window screens, but we all had a very relaxing time on our vacation at Cody's.
