"Loved our stay at Rippling Waters Cabin! Plenty of space, super welcoming, and so close to the ski area. The creek sounds and deer out front were a perfect bonus. Everyone -including the host- was so friendly. Would definitely come back!"

"Snow and ice removal were not safe conditions to traverse but host communicated about the conditions via their cleaning service. Host did not offer any solutions nor offer any assistance with salt for safety - asked me to supply salt, nor was snow removal done on steps or front walk area. Even the steps and main area leading to the front door were still covered with ice and snow which we shoveled and cleared. Lights in the main room above the kitchen were out and the lighting was very dim. Many cobwebs in the windows and debris/dust/objects were visible in living room around foosball table and game rack as well as under the couches. "

"This was our second stay at Jim’s house. The location and views from the hot tub can’t be beat. The house is very clean, comfortable, and well stocked. I’m sure we’ll be back for a third stay soon!"

We had a fantastic time, loved the chess board and great working kitchen. Would liked to have hand soap in all of the bathrooms when applicable. Thank you again....."

"This place was perfect for my needs. Nice big comfortable bed. Decorated cute. More specific information on the actual building would be helpful. There are several units in the building but the numbers can not be read from the street. Also I needed to use my light on phone to read code to open the door."

"Host never sent me the check-in code for the house. I sent a message in the chat and never heard back. I had to call the Host for the code. When I walked into the house, it was still dirty from the previous guest staying. I called the Host and let them know. Host said he would give me a refund for the house, not being cleaned and said we didn’t have to stay there. I told him we were from out of state, didn’t know the area and had a dog and would just stay. I never heard from the host again after that. The property of the house was really beautiful and we enjoyed that part of the trip. "
