Situated on a large lot with NO NEIGHBORS, this home features a spacious, modern kitchen with island and a large, open living room with wood burning stove, a luxury primary suite on main level, and an additional 2 bedrooms in the loft. Soak in the hot tub or hang out by the backyard fire pit. Walking distance to Sand Run Lake and the Canaan Valley Wildlife Refuge. Pets Allowed!

This home is located in the Old Timberline Gated Community where you will have access to two lakes, an exclusive access to Dolly Sods trail head as well as access to Canaan Valley Wildlife Trail heads and miles of maintained trails around the conservancy and lakes within the community.

All Canaan Realty guests have complimentary access to the privately owned Mirror Lake Recreation Area. Enjoy fishing, canoeing, swimming, hiking, biking and more! Canoes, pedal boat, kayaks, SUP boards, life jackets and oars are provided at no additional charge to our guests.
