"The layout of the Pink House was perfect! We especially loved relaxing on the screened-in porch while enjoying the beautiful marsh views. Fripp Island is truly dreamy—perfect for unwinding, yet with plenty of fun activities to enjoy as well.We also appreciated having access to all the beach gear. A few additional beach towels would have been helpful, but overall it was a great amenity.We did experience some air conditioning issues during our stay, but the owner was very responsive and had someone come out the next day, even on a holiday weekend. We appreciated the quick attention to the problem.Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would happily return."

"Perfect location to discover all that Fripp has to offer! Quiet street with lots of deer in the yard. Nice screened in front porch with chairs. House decor is dated but everything was clean and furniture was comfortable. We would return!"

"Communication was easy and quick. When we arrived, the house was 83 inside and they had it handled right away but it did take a while for things to cool down. Things were ok otherwise, but I would suggest they fix a few things for future visitors. The downstairs bedroom, to us, was not usable. Thankfully we didn’t need the extra space and everyone slept upstairs because the ceiling down there was full of what looked like water damage/mold and holes and it smelled like mildew. There were also two roaches crawling down there when we first arrived and decided no one would sleep down there. The refrigerator was missing the door shelf bars so we couldn’t use that storage at all for jars, sauces, etc. The pantry light didn’t work. The sink in the shared bathroom upstairs was clogged and unusable. The patio lounge furniture was sun baked and cracking, and the outdoor table was rusting. The rug in the dining room was very stained and gross-looking. Although these things didn’t make our stay terrible, it did make us not want to return to this house. We did enjoy the large, cozy living room and comfortable recliners, as well as the view of the canal where we got to see dolphins jumping and catch some sting rays! But again, a few upgrades would make this place a lot better for future guests."

"We cannot say enough good things about the property and Barbie and Matt! We’ve been to Fripp five or six times now, and this is our favorite house we’ve ever been in. The house is beautiful, clean, just as described, and the location is fantastic. The included golf cart is also a huge bonus. Barbie and Matt are very helpful and always respond quickly to any questions."
