526 Sunsuite is a studio that sleeps 4 and is located in the middle of the island. A short walk down the boardwalk will lead you straight to the white sandy beach and the Atlantic Ocean!

From the 2nd floor balcony, you are welcomed with tropical breezes. There is a sidewalk that leads you to the Atlantic Ocean.

Our studio apartment has been upgraded with new linens, paint and a larger than most refrigerator.

The kitchen is well appointed for preparing a meal.

Sleeping accommodations include a Queen Murphy Bed which is lowered for sleeping and easily raised to allow for a spacious living room environment. We also have two Spacious built in bunk beds.

This property comes with 2 beach chairs and beach towels along with bath towels, wash clothes and linens for all beds.

We are pet friendly. We are club members so cards may be purchased.

Quick golf trip

Decided last minute to take a golf trip. Room was booked quickly and property manager was quick to respond. Space was very clean and had everything we could possibly need. It is small but very quaint and perfect for our stay. We will definitely stay here again.

Perfect Fripp weekend

Place was as advertised. Perfectly decorated for a small couple plus dog beach stay. Very short walk to the sand. First trip for my husband- he loved it! We will be back!

Wonderful weekend getaway

I have visited the island multiple times and stayed in a couple different places. The sunsuites are a great option. This particular one is on the ocean side, just steps to the beach and pool. Great location, super clean, and had everything needed for a relaxing getaway. The host was wonderful and very responsive. Highly recommend.

Enjoyed our Tripp to Tripp

The place was a bit tight for four people, but overall we had a comfortable stay. The bathroom sink does have a slow drain issue. Other than that place was clean and enjoyable. It was centrally located in the island which made it easy access to all areas of the island. Parking is difficult, limited, and very tight. Had to park a distance from the room which at times was inconvenient for loading and unloading. Overall a great expirecne!

The room was exactly as listed. The weather was not great so we did spend a lot of time in the room and it was cozy and had what we needed. I wish it was made more clear that amenity cards had to be purchased additionally to eat at any restaurant in the island. I’m from another state and was unaware of the set up. The host did say what we could use without the cards (which is not much) but left out the part of not being able to eat at a restaurant on the island.

Parent and Two Tweens

This unit was just right for our stay. It was cleverly appointed with the murphy bed, and the space was enough room for me and my two tweens. Very easy access to beach. I wouldn’t call it an “ocean view,” but but more of a “palm tree view.” There was a parking lot below, as one commenter mentioned, but I couldn’t see the cars through the railing, and I enjoyed my morning coffee in the rocking chair outside with the ocean breeze very, very much. My only reservation about booking this unit again is that there isn’t a railing on the top bunk, so we didn’t end up using it. Additionally, the music from the pool bar went until 11:30, and we prefer to go to sleep earlier than that. But as another commenter titled their review, “Adequate Plus” is a great way to describe these accommodations.

Convenient to everything

We enjoyed our stay. Room was perfect size for us. It was a little dated but that’s ok too. Older places always bring back the nostalgia of beach trips of the past. Kathy with the rental company was always responsive and helped us with any questions we had.

Great resort/location

Great spot, the location was perfect with the beach & pool being right there & plenty of places to go to on the island. We will have to come back again next year to visit the island and stay at the resort!

Everything was great! Just as described. It's a compact room, but with everything needed to be comfortable when not at the beach. The walk to the beach was quick and easy, and the beach itself felt remote even with all the buildings nearby. At low tide there was so much beach!! I got the resort passes but none of the facilities were pet friendly and they were quite adament about my wife not even carrying our tiny dog where pets weren't allowed. We made do. The beach itself was very pet friendly! We found a pet friendly restaurant about 10 min drive away that was great for dinners. We made one trip to the grocery store and we were set for the few days we were there for the other meals. The small full size fridge, microwave, coffee maker and stove made the rest of the meals easy. Overall great experience!

We had a relaxing stay great location once we found it. Gate guard needs to explain location instead of just handing out a map GPS was no help either finally found it after returning to the gate for clarification. The location and accommodations were great for a short getaway.

This place was perfect for us and our two little ones. Great price and a lot of amenities! Would definitely stay again and recommend to others! Great location for the beach, restaurants, & activities! Many things in walking distance from this lovely condo complex, yet it still feels quiet and cozy. Our condo was decorated beautifully and was clean from top to bottom at check in. Definitely exceeded our expectations!

Edisto Weekend Stay

The description was inaccurate, led me to believe it was a 1 bedroom but it was literally 1 room with pull down Murphy bed. Left batteries in bowl on counter leaking acid, NO cleaning & paper supplies, not many towels. Agent I called to ask for more tp was extremely rude.

Great location to the central part of the island with easy access to the beach. Located by by the adult pool and the Olympic pool. Request the amenity cards for access to anything on Fripp.

Great location! Perfect size for us!

Overall the stay was good! My only concern was the top bunk didn't have a rail so I was waking up to every sound making sure my son wasn't about to fall off the bed lol. Would consider staying again if I could find a solution to this.
