Patricia, the owner, was quick to respond with any questions we had. We will add this beach house to our short list of larger properties, close to the beach, that we will rent year after year. "This home was perfect for our vacation. Very open, bright and clean. We had two families with 3 teenage boys and a dog and we still had plenty of room to entertain more friends that were also staying on the island. The backyard is large and beautiful and the pool is huge and very nice. Lots of amenities including a kitchen full of new appliances and kitchen supplies, new washer and dryer, pellet smoker and black stone grill, folding beach chairs and beach towels. Only a block from the beach access, we could easily walk there. Before and during our stay I had several questions and our host Crystal was super quick to respond and help. We will absolutely stay here again. "

"This property was great! The upstairs is perfect for our kids and the master was perfect for us!! We enjoyed mornings and evenings on the gold cart exploring the island, counting deer and alligators! The golf cart is perfect so for the location as you can choose what ever beach acces you want to go to! (Some are shorter walks than others!!). We enjoyed cooking many meals in the well equipped kitchen and the grill out side!! We used the pass and visited Huntington island found sharks teeth and seen the light house! Beautiful clean home was perfect for our family vacation 2025!!! Also the owners were amazing quick response and always had the answers!"

The dining/living area and kitchen make the house so fun for our family to enjoy time together, and it is convenient to everything on the island.
