505 Sunsuite is an efficiency unit located in the heart of Fripp Island. Just a short walk to the Beach Club, Sandbar, Tennis, Pickleball, Fitness Center, Arcade, and Retail Shops! This first-floor studio layout is perfect for visitors who are interested in taking advantage of Fripp's many amenities as well as being within walking distance from the beach. This unit includes a brand new king-sized bed, flat screen TV, 2 burner stove top, and dorm-size refrigerator. Daily rentals are open year-round and it comfortably accommodates 4 people.

Also included with your rental are up to 4 guest cards. These cards are required for access to all resort amenities, including golf and tennis courses, restaurants and bars, swimming pools, and more. Guest cards offer exclusive access to discounted rates on golf and tennis.

Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
Place is nice. I always love the sunsuite location for a weekend getaway. This particular unit has something broken under the tub... not sure if its ceramic below the tub or what... but you can tell unless you stand on it. That was a little nerve wrecking when showering. Evreything else was perfect!
