  • Relax with the whole family at this peaceful lake house on a wooded lot. Newly remodeled. Double decker dock with stunning views of Lake Lanier. Fire pit, corn hole, bonus room for kids with big screen TV. 5 minutes from the North Georgia Premium Outlets with restaurants and grocery stores close by.

    Newly remodeled 3 bedroom 2 bathroom lake house. Living room upstairs with Roku TV. Living room downstairs with Roku TV. Main Bedroom upstairs with Roku TV. Fully stocked kitchen. Level lot with easy parking. Huge back deck to enjoy morning coffee or late night beverages. Covered carport with picnic table. Fire pit with firewood provided. Corn hole. 2 Kayaks for use. Double decker dock on the lake. Life jackets provided. Huge rollout swimming mat. Gas grill. Grocery stores and shopping near by. We have a sister property next door if you need more room that sleeps 8.
