    Welcome to VACATION. All the comforts of home with the benefit of waking up and winding down with the soothing sounds of the ocean. Located in the quieter, northern part of Daytona Beach, just south of Ormond Beach and one mile north of the boardwalk and pier, Horizons Condo provides unobstructed, breathtaking views all around (please read construction updates). Offering assigned underground parking, 24 hour surveillance, keyed entry, on-site management, cable television and Wifi in every room, beachfront communal pool, and fitness center, what more could you ask for. Upon entering this newly renovated 8th floor beachfront beauty, you will find a fully equipped kitchen with built in bar seating for two, a dining area for 6 that joins the living room overlooking the Atlantic. The primary bedroom welcomes you with plush bedding and an en suite bath. Two additional bedrooms down a separate hallway overlook the Intercoastal and cityscape of Daytona Beach, sharing the second bath. During the installation of the new doors and windows, we took the time to fully revamp our beautiful place. All new paint, flooring, furniture and decor elevates your experience.
    The new balcony doors and windows are wonderful and leads out to the wrap around balcony, which extends from the living area to the master bedroom. And another balcony on the west side overlooking the Intercoastal.
    Our beach is hardly ever crowded, which makes beach time so much more enjoyable. You catch a rocket launch from Kennedy Space Center from the comforts of "home" if the skies are clear.
    We hope you enjoy it as much as we do.

    ******UPDATES - There is an ongoing concrete/balcony restoration project for the building since Aug '22.
    As of 07.27.2026
    New Windows and doors are now installed on our floor, balcony is open and ready for use. Our unit is located on the 8th floor and they have moved to floors 1-4, where loud construction noise will be heard during work hours of M-F 7.30 AM - 4.30 PM weather permitting. If you have any questions, please reach out prior to booking. We will share updates as we receive them.
    POOL IS OPEN and direct beach access is open. Thank you so much for your consideration during this time.

I was aware of the construction going on but they started before the 8 am time and it was a little more than just construction it was major construction jackhammering that could be heard throughout the entire building shaking walls it was extremely loud in the room but overall if there wasn’t construction it’s a wonderful and convenient place to stay. We will be going back but after the construction is completed. The host was always available and very nice giving updates. Like I said I was very aware of the construction work going on but just didn’t realize it was going to be that loud. I love the room and the view.

First - Sara is an outstanding host. She constantly provided updates regarding the unit. Her home is very beautiful and supplied with all of the necessities. The unit has a front row view of the Atlantic and the breezes were fantastic. Beds are extremely comfortable and the rooms are decorated/furnished with quality items. There are plenty of beach items for beach fun at the designated parking space in the garage. Close to numerous eating establishments and other fun stuff. Would highly recommend this unit. Certainly would stay there again.

Super pleased!

The condo was amazing and offered everything we needed; we even cooked out with the grill outside. The beach and pool access was super easy to navigate. Overall it was just a peaceful place to stay and I highly recommend.

Great location, beautiful building. Awesome condo. A little outdated, but it was so nice. Rooms were great size. Beds were comfortable, awesome view, all amenities were included. Couldn't be happier and I would definitely stay here again. Host was very friendly and responsive.

Excellent location

This was a very good location for a non crowded and excellent beach condo experience. Will definitely recommend after construction though due to excessive noise inside the building. Other than that it was spacious and felt like home away from home.

Perfection, well stocked, great views.

Sarah was the best rental host I have ever had when traveling. The property was everything we wanted and more. Well stocked with essentials and even items that I forgot. Beautiful views and the unit truly felt like home while we were there. We will FOR SURE be returning renters to this unit.

Incredible views

Property was absolutely amazing. I was apprehensive about the access to an 8th floor condo but this couldn't have been easier. The property was beautiful and comfortable. I would definitely book it again. There were great ideas for food etc there to give us ideas which were greatly appreciated.

They exceeded expectations!!!

This trip is one that was long overdue for my family and I. All I can say is that the property exceeded our expectations. We knew that there was going to be some minor construction going on, but honestly it didn't bother us in the least. The property was right on the beach, it was super clean and the host couldn't have been more gracious From letting us check in early to giving us an extra hour at checkout, she couldn't have been a better host! If we go back to Dayton Beach, we will definitely be staying here again! I would give it 10 stars if possible!!

Property was under constitution and we were not informed about it until we arrived. Inside the condo had fresh sheet rock and paint so breathing was difficult. All of our money was refunded but having to pack up and find another lace was frustrating

Very nice condo, absolutely everything we needed was there..Slept 8 of us comfortably..We look forward to returning next year after the construction is complete. Its going on 2 floors up and is very loud...Before 7am and after 4:30 its suoer quiet though, so thats a plus!!!Our host Sara was sweet!!!Bless y'alls condo and all who stays!!

The condo is a good size and provides excellent views. The pool is clean and warm. The showers were hot and the air conditioner worked great. Construction noise was louder than we anticipated but Sara fully disclosed that construction would be noisy. But a great rate and a great location
