Everything was as described. Good location. One of the outdoor pools is fully operational and the indoor one was too. The place was clean and stocked with the basics plus a few unexpected extras, like beach chairs, beach towels, some leftover cooking items like coffee, cooking oils, etc. which was nice so we didn’t need to buy them.

The unit was very well kept, upgraded, updated, and had multiple amenities such as beach chairs, umbrella, cooler. Had a beautiful view of the ocean & beach from balcony. The owners were pleasant to deal with & provided all the information so my stay was pleasant. I was advised that the pools & amenities were under construction but it didn’t interfere with my stay. I will definitely plan to come again.

True beach view. I sat for a long time on the balcony and just enjoyed it w my coffee. Then i walked down and enjoyed it uploce to watch the sunrise. Everything you need for the beach is in the unit. Easy walk to walgreens or dollar store or grocery store. Clean unit. Great communication.

Quick family trip

The unit itself was awesome. It's a great location right on the beach walking distance to where my family lives. Also walking distance to a shopping plaza, restaurants. Just amazing. The facility itself is still undergoing renovations from some of the hurricanes, but that doesn't affect the unit itself. Great communication. All in all a very pleasant stay.

Best Biketoberfest

The Condo and it's owners were fantastic and the location was perfect. Once again the only downside was Daytona beach resort and conference center their common areas and parking. But due to the price,the spectacular view, and the amazing owners and their incredible responsiveness I highly recommend staying here. Bert and Laureen are the best of overall very good condo owners I've dealt with at this location.

The room was nicely set up, and the view—especially the sunsets and the sound of the waves—was beautiful and relaxing. However, the exterior felt more like a motel than a resort, and the no-smoking policy was not enforced, which impacted the experience. It was also disappointing to only find out at check-in that all pools were closed and had been under renovation for more than two years, despite still being listed as amenities. I feel this should have been communicated in advance. Overall, I would rate the stay 3.5 out of 5.

This property was everything I needed. The kitchen had all the appliances for eating in. There were supplies for hitting the beach available as well. Being ocean front was nice and made people watching and wave watching nice. I would definitely come back again.

Daytona Beach Beach Front Condo

We had a lovely stay at this studio condo. The condo itself was perfect for what we needed, and it was well stocked, along with great tv and internet. We were able to sit outside on the deck overlooking the ocean and beach and saw dolphins and sharks. Overall the condo was great, it was just unfortunate that the building's pools and area were still not up and running which of course is no fault of the owners and we were fully informed of this before our booking. We had great communication with the owners and would consider staying here again.

Overall an awesome place to stay. Laureen & Bert did an excellent job communicating before we arrived and everything was exactly as they listed. A grocery store and pharmacy were right across the street, as well as many good restaurants within 10 minutes walking. The facility is still repairing damage from hurricane Ian. The beach and the view were amazing. Was only a $20 Lyft ride to Speedway. We will be checking availability for this exact place when we go back to Daytona Beach.

Great room, bad resort

The room was so clean and was really well stocked. Right down to chairs, umbrellas, vacuum cleaner, toiletries, etc. Even though a hurricane had hit 2 years in a row with the last being over 6 months ago, the resort itself had a lot of damage that didn't seem to be getting repaired. The entire patio around the 3 pools was in disrepair so the pools couldn't be used. You had 5o get to the beach by walking all the way around the resort & go down a public entrance to access the beach. This made it difficult to get chairs, umbrella, etc to the beach. It will be really nice if they ever get things repaired.

The room was perfect for us.

The room was exactly as described and pictured. It even had extra things that I didn’t expect. The only reason I gave it a 3 overall rating is because of the management of the Daytona Beach Resort itself. We knew the pools where not open but really didn’t expect to see the entire pool area looking like a bomb hit it. The pools were solid green with slime growing in them. Just disgusting to look at. We felt like we were basically alone, as there was the same guy at the front desk every time we went in or out who never took his eyes off his phone to acknowledge us. On the fifth floor where we stayed half of the roof on the balcony has been torn away and not repaired. I really feel for people that own properties in DBR. We had stayed at DBR previously (before the hurricane damage) and really enjoyed everything. I hope someday it can be restored. Again, our disappointment was not with the owners but the management of DBR.
