We had a two bedroom, two bathroom unit. The view and location were perfect for us. Plenty of space for the five. I would stay here again. 🙂

After returning from dinner, we were locked out of our room. The key card reader was broken. I understand that things break. We had to wait out by the pool for the maintenance girl to arrive for about two hours in 80 degree weather. The next morning, I spoke to the staff who ASSURED me I would be contacted by management before 4pm. I never received a call and I left several messages during business hours a few days later and no return call. It was a nice hotel, but if something happens, don't expect anything back from them or any return calls. I would not recommend staying there in my opinion!!!!!!

The condo was great with 2 king bedrooms with attached bathrooms, and half bath in the hall too. It was nice having a living room with couch bed for our child, tv and full kitchen to cook meals. The balcony was also great with plenty of room for the 5 of us to sit and listen to the waves and view the beach. The pool was nice and there were even pool accessories (balls, floats, noodles) to use, plenty of chairs and a deep end 6-8 foot and small toddler pool area separate from the big pool. Game room was nice and big, however, only the ping pong table was available. Both pool tables were out of order due to someone putting shuffleboard pieces in them (not the resorts fault). There was also books, puzzles, games, and plenty of tables and couches to sit at and a tv and a few arcade style games. We had a great stay and enjoyed the location being right on the beach. We did have a few issues. (1)One toilet was not flushing but it was reported and fixed the next day. (2)On the first day we arrived we were walking barefoot on the tile floor and could feel sand and our feet turned black after walking around. Again, it was reported and someone came and swept/mopped and it was fine afterwards. (3)The first night of our stay people by us were making noise and being loud until 1:30am (very disrespectful but not the properties fault). (4)Kitchen is stocked but could use more cookware. No large pots/pans and no cookie sheets/pans but we made due. Overall, highly recommend. Great stay!
