Cleaniness is my priority. Thís new open plan with three bedrooms, two baths house with large living room, kitchen with an island. Convenience central located in a quiet neighborhood and about ten minutes away from the Famous Beach, international speedway. About 1 hour 10 minutes to Disney world.

Fantastic property

We had visited for the Daytona 500. This place was in a fantastic location. Close to the race track and airport. Not far to the ocean. We had a great stay. The owner was great to work with and responded quickly to all messages.

Daytona Kart Week

The home was perfect for our stay. It is only 10-15 minutes from the track, the beach, restaurants, and more. The home was clean and just as described in the listing.

Amazing stay

The house was beautiful very clean and organized. Extra towels and bedding provided which was nice. Owner was quick to respond and was very helpful. Neighborhood was cute and it was easy to get around either by car or Uber. 10/10 would stay here again

The house was clean and spacious. The kitchen was lacking in utensils, no glasses for juice in the morning. The outside grill ran out of gas in 2 weeks.

Close to speedway

Property was perfect. Exceptionally clean. Plenty of bonus space so you dont fill crowded. Two screened porches, pavilion with chairs in back yard, and man cave style garage. Two outdoor grills were available for use too. Great proximity to race track /mall area of daytona.

Family spring break trip

The house was fabulous. Plenty of room for the 3 of us. When the kids argued about getting the queen or twin beds, we pushed the twins together and made another king! The location was perfect to get away from all the Spring Break excitement, but close enough that it was just a short drive to almost anywhere we wanted to go!

This place was quiet and beautiful. I felt safe since a state trooper lives next door too not that the neighborhood was dangerous though. Three house was beautiful inside and out. We had a BBQ for my son's birthday. The house was open and spacious inside. I would rent this house again.

Clean, open space for a group

Excellent host! The house is very clean, updated, and safe. The open concept of the kitchen/living/dining rooms is perfect for a group. Bedding and towels were very clean and comfortable. The screened porches were a pleasant surprise as well. Location is an easy drive to the beach, but away from the chaos of the beach/Ocean Center area. This host was exceptionally communicative, fair, and welcoming. I would book again without hesitation!

Fun in the sun

House was beautiful and clean, couldn’t have asked for anything better. Nice neighborhood and very quiet. Loved sitting on the front porch and enjoying the weather. Dung was a great host and communicated well with us since we were coming from Maryland after hurricane Milton.Dung also made sure you had everything you needed to start your vacation. Paper products, trash bags, soap, shampoo, bottled water etc. thanks again and would definitely stay at this home again.😊👍

Very Nice Property!

pictures on-line don't do it justice. it's larger than it appears on-line and renovated. yes, it has a nice washer/dryer but may want to change the opening picture on the ad. Host was EXCELLENT to work with. Neighborhood seemed safe. FHP next door! Just two negatives, need more drinking glasses and a few more bath towels. We did not report to HOST to resolve because neither a big deal for us. Backyard and front porch were nice to hang out. Very clean. Will stay again for sure.

My review

Stayed during hurricane Milton as we had to evacuate. Power stayed on until around 3:30 Thursday morning. Once storm passed we were un able to leave the neighborhood as the only entrance to and from the neighborhood was flooded. We had to have someone come help us get through the flood water. Definitely not owners fault. The place is as described in description and pictures. Very nice place. Owner was easy to communicate with. Only thing I would add would be to have tvs in all 3 bedrooms,just my opinion. Would recommend staying.

Clean, spacious, and well-stocked!

In town for a family event. Handy to the location. Nice, large kitchen and living area with island and bar stools. Tiled showers with mounted/hand held shower sprayers. Garage is a bonus room with tv. Stocked laundry area. Master bedroom had no bed frame- mattress and springs sitting on the floor. No issues with neighbors, sirens, traffic. Walk pets only in the front yard as Florida “tick trefoil” left our dog with “stick-tights” after a visit to the back yard. Overall, a positive experience.

Super comfortable home stocked with everything

I have the opportunity to stay in this house for over a week and it was wonderful and very CLEAN. The house was completely stocked with everything you might need including a hair dryer, shampoo, toothpaste, and soap. Lots of towels, linen, and blankets plus the kitchen has many appliances including a toaster and a toaster oven. The home is very spacious and the beds were comfortable. I really liked that the showers had handheld shower sprayers, which made helping the children shower so much easier. I wish more rental homes would invest in these! The neighborhood is quiet and nice and the fenced backyard was spacious and secure for my dog. The home has a front and back screened porch which was really lovely and great for morning coffee. The host, Dung, was incredibly responsive and I appreciate all the thoughtfulness and help during our stay. Overall, a wonderful home and I wish I could rent this house wherever I go. It was truly one of the best houses I have stayed in using VRBO. Thank you, Dung!
