Great place to stay

Property was clean and updated inside. Smaller place, but location was great and had a wonderful view of the ocean! Would definitely stay here again!

Nice Place

The condo was clean and had everything needed for a stay. Beach view is small but you can watch the sun rise. Construction was going on buy did not interfere with the stay.

Great location

The condo was located walking distance to the pier, ocean deck restaurant and crabby’s restaurant, right on the beach. It had a comfortable king bed, fully usable kitchen, great water pressure in the shower, but sofa could use an upgrade and no air conditioning. They did provide several fans throughout which made it bearable but not what you expect on vacation in hot Florida. The pool was good sized but needed umbrellas and cleaning and there was a lot of pot smoking in the complex. Parking was very convenient and always available. Overall, my husband and I enjoyed our stay and would return if the air conditioning was remedied.

Apartment was absolutely gorgeous, building construction was more than we expected

The apartment itself had everything-fantastic view, good location, comfy bed, lots of extras (coffee, shampoos, etc that makes things special) very modern and clean. The internet got a little spotty at times but it didn’t take long for it to correct itself. We just were not expecting the extent of the construction of the actual building.

A very thoughtful condo

We had a great time ! The condo has everything! The bed is so comfortable the pillows are perfect I slept better there than at home . Dishes , coffee pans , plenty of tp, napkins , beach umbrellas, beach chairs , beach mats we literally didn’t need anything but groceries. The owner made us feel right at home ! We celebrate my 5 year olds birthday at sunrise and OMG the sunrises are amazing !! We also loved the sea turtle decor so much we bought some sea turtle statues ! You can’t go wrong here ❤️

We had to find other accomidations and this cost me a small fortune. But it was no choice we couldnt stay in this hotel.

Great trip

Clean condo, great view, great pool, easy access to to the sand, great location, very attentive manager. If something could possibly go wrong with a trip, it did for us but the owner communicated exceptionally well with me and worked diligently to fix problems that occurred that were completely out of his hands.

The property was in a great location. The condo was great. I was little concerned about some mould in the ceiling of the bathroom, however. The biggest concern is that the pool is not open. The condo was clean and easy to access from the elevator. The king bed was very comfy and the kitchen well equipped. There was a nice view from the balcony. The property is right on the beach and within walking distance to a couple of restaurants. Parking was no problem. Would highly recommend this property to a couple visiting Daytona Beach.

Loved the room, my family did too. Enjoyed staying there and will definitely be back. The bed was comfortable and my daughter was happy with the pull out couch. Balcony was cool and enjoyable. If you plan to use pull out couch make sure you bring a blanket for it and maybe an extra pillow. 10/10 experience and parking was great

Comfortable and great location

We spent 4 nights and were very comfortable. The Condo was was clean and well stocked. The bed was very comfortable (slept like a baby). Enjoyed the view of the ocean while sitting on the couch. The location is great for almost everything. The only negative was the renovation being finished up on the complex and the street to the beach outside our balcony was being tore out and replaced. We were told this beforehand by the owner and we seldom heard anything. I would recommend this condo and will stay again when in the area.

Clean condo and great communication with property owner

We were pleased with the inside cleanliness of the condo. We would have liked more wash cloths and towels for 2 people and a week’s stay. Also there needs to be a change machine in the building laundry room. But our condo owner was very accessible by phone. Fun week.

Memorial day stay

Pleasent stay. Enjoy sunrises and walks on the beach before the beach opening to the days beachcombers. Clean top floor condo for mid day escapes. Large mirrors on the wall make it seem twice as big with more views of the ocean.
