Overall impression was good we had aovean view room on the 17thfloor was very nice.only two issues we ran into were the pools not being heated so didnt get to use them as much as we would of liked. Also checkin, having the soft pitch right when you arrive is annoying i understand the reason. But when you are driving 14 hours to get somewhere and have an infant in the car you really just want to get settled not have to go through a soft sales pitch just to get the keys.
