List of what is provided: Your vacation home will have basic starter supplies for your arrival. This includes toilet paper , shampoo, conditioner, and bath soap (small hotel size). Also included are bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, linens, a hairdryer, an iron, an ironing board. We stock the house with toilet paper (1-2 rolls per bathroom) and one roll of paper towels. The kitchen is fully stocked as far as dishes, pots, pans and cooking utensils. We do not provide zip lock bags, seran wraps and foil paper. Please let us know if you need any specific items for the kitchen so we can try to accommodate you prior to arrival. We look forward to having you enjoy your stay!

Loved the house, it was very clean and wonderfully stocked. The beds were very comfortable and the house was so spacious. Loved the screened in porch. It was only a short walk to the beach and the house had plenty of beach toys, chairs and umbrella to take to the beach with you.. Will definitely come back!

We enjoyed our stay in Palm Coast! Place is clean ( some sand still on floor ) and beachy themed ! Multi level and nice space . Short walk to beach. Pool table was fun ( has too for ping pong but one side was broke ). Small backyard for our pup but grass was long. We enjoyed our stay !

Daytona 500!

Stayed here with a group of friends. Location is a quick drive to Daytona, St Augustine, and several other local attractions so it was perfect for us. The house was clean and the beds were comfortable! Some of our guests even asked me if I would check what brand of mattresses were in the downstairs bedrooms!

Beautiful property. The main floor is located on the 2nd floor, absolutely loved the screen enclosed terrace leading from the family room. Careful with spiders (size of a silver dollar) we found several but it's to be expected.

A Perfect Vacation Week!!!

The house was just as described and in a perfect location. It was a short 4 to 5 min walk to a private beach setting and the garage was full of beach supplies... wagon, chairs, umbrella and boogie boards. We will DEFINITELY be back!!!!

Beach Summer 2022

We loved the property. Great location and beach was perfect. The house was great, I think they could update pots and pans and maybe a few more towels and of course construction on the street, but that did not disrupt our visit. It was a short walk to the beach and the beach was beautiful and not crowded. Our family loved it and will definetly come back. We stayed a week and it was a great way to just unplug.

Very nice house

We live in a tiny Manhattan apartment so it was quite lovely staying in such a large space. The kitchen is very nice as is the outdoor porch. It's cool there is a pool table and hot tub. The only downside was there was road construction but that's probably over by now.

This was a great rental! Beautiful place! Nice, uncrowded beach area! We had 4 families staying for a total of 15 people. Plenty of space for everyone. The only downside was it was a little bit further from the beach than we expected but not unreasonable at all! Just hard to take all the fun beach stuff with us!

Wonderful House!

This was a wonderful house for our multi family vacation. Great location, the walk to the beach is easy even with kids since it is just down the quiet street. The house had everything we needed and we especially loved the screened in porch. The only recommendation I would make is to install towel hangers in all the bathrooms (some had these missing) and a toilet paper roll holder to the downstairs bathroom. It is also perfectly located between St. Augustine and Daytona. Easy drives to both! We would definitely rent this house again!
