Great house for family beach getaway! 1 min walk to the beach, spacious layout, helpful hosts, and close to everywhere in Daytona Beach. Would definitely choose this location again.

Relaxation by the beach.
This property was excatly as advertised. Closeness to the beach and restaurants was so convenient. The outdoor seating area firepit and grill was great for evening relaxation. The host was very accommodating and a pleasure to work with. We will definitely be returning here.

Close to Everything Daytona and Family Friendly
Loved the way they made great use of the space in the house. So creative and family oriented. Very clean! Beach gear is available too. The hosts were attentive and responded within minutes to our messages. This is a great in-between location for activities both North and South of it on A1A and inland by the river. Easy walk to the Boardwalk area via sidewalk or beach. Erosion up and down the coast from 2022 storms has damaged many beach accesses but improvements are ongoing. It didn't stop us from our daily trips to the beach by car or walking. Thank you Jorie and family for sharing your home with us. Best hosts ever!

We stayed for the weekend to tidy up plans for my daughters wedding. The host was absolutely amazing & responded promptly to every message. The place has plenty of room, plenty of parking for multiple cars if needed. The back yard was set up nice for some family time and cookouts. Would definitely stay again. Wonderful for family
Our family of four really enjoyed the property over the New Year holiday! The place is clean and has toys/games for little kids. We love the fenced backyard and how easy it is to walk to the beach/restaurants/shops. The kitchen appliances and laundry machines are very handy for our week long stay! Everything works out as described. We had a wonderful time!

Nice home, walking distance to the beach. Also to other attraction nearby. Did not have to buy any personal items, such as trash bags, dish detergent, washing detergent, etc. would chose to stay again when back in the Daytona Beach area.

Quick get away
We stayed a short time but trip was great! Easy process to get in and owners very easy to get ahold of. Check out process also great. My daughter and I travel frequently and she said this was her favorite place. Very quaint close to shops, beach, and stores. Thank you so much place felt like home :)

The house is convenient located close to everything a short walk to the beach. A convenient shore is located next door. Outside shower very handy. The back yard is fenced in for privacy. Over all it is roomy and cozy hope the next guest enjoy it as much as we did thanks for having us !

Lovely Home Base
A very pleasant and quiet spot. We stayed here while we had a convention at the Ocean Center (only a mile away) and it was the perfect location. We were able to cook our own meals and clean our clothes with ease. Awesome home away from home.

Great house super close to the beach
We loved our stay, no one wanted to leave this wonderful house. They have thought of everything. Plenty of space for our family of 6. Lots of extra blankets, cooking supplies, beach gear, etc. Loved playing the board games they had every evening after coming back from the beach. This house is in a great location. Easy couple minute walk to the beach. And they have a beach cart in the shed to make it easy to carry all the chairs, boogie boards, etc that we needed. Also loved the 2 baths plus outdoor shower. Made it alot quicker for us to clean up after the beach to go out to dinner. We will definitely stay here again if we return to Daytona Beach!

Great experience
We had a wonderful time staying in the house. It was clean and well decorated. Loved the security system that just needed a code. It was just down the block from 2 nice restaurants. Every morning went across the street to walk on the beach. Beautiful! The owners contacted us a few times to see if there was anything we needed. There wasn't. We had everything. It was a great experience.

Our stay was amazing, as well as our communication with the property owner. The place was really well kept and clean & very comfortable. Our only complaint would be some noise across the street, but on every night it ended about 10-11pm. There are noise machines in each room to block out the noise. I would absolutely stay at this location again.

Very clean pretty little house right next to the beach
This is a nice place to stay with plenty of beds (some of which even have thick memory foam) and a cozy backyard hangout spot with a fire table and new deck chairs. There is a beach access right across the street which makes it a great location. The home was very clean, had recent remodeling and fun paintings and accents to make it feel like a relaxing vacation rental. The only downside was noise at night from neighbors and the street, but they include sound machines in the rooms to help cover those sounds. Jorie was an excellent host who communicated with us throughout our stay. Thanks for a relaxing week!

Stayed for Volleyball Tournament
My wife, my parents, my in laws, and our daughter stayed for a Volleyball Tournament at the Ocean Center and couldn’t have asked for a better location or better property. Jorie was awesome to communicate with and the house was immaculate and well appointed with easy access to the beach. We would definitely recommend staying here if you are looking for a clean comfortable place close to Main Street and the Ocean Walk/ Ocean Center area that is also walking distance to the beach.

Property is accurately listed. Nice quant home with cute special touches. Nice exterior lighting, security and gates. Kitchen and laundry are perfect. The deck is nice for breakfast and evening gathering. Location is easy access to beach. Neighbors are a bit noisy and the gas station market has late night noise. Could be tough for small children napping or sleeping. Our family did not have small children. We liked the location and amenities. We will rent again.

Awesome trip
Well located to downtown locations. We came for a graduation from Embry Riddle. There was a Nice beach, short walk away. It was a Very Clean, Fully equipped house, very nice feeling. It felt like home. Beautiful hand painted pictures on walls, gave it a quant beech feel. Convenient 7-11 short walk away fro things we forgot. Owner was easily reached.

Fantastic vacation home
This is a gorgeous beach home, very clean, a little on the smaller side in the bathrooms. But that's my only complaint. Our host stayed in touch and was available and quick to respond. It is very convenient- just hop.across the street for breakfast, the beach...I'll galdly take small bathrooms for.how close this home it's to everything. I will definitely visit this home in the future.

Discovering Daytona Beach
Enjoyed our week at the beach house. Comfortable for our family of 8. Very close to the beach, great for morning walks. Easy access to many tourist activities that we took in such as Daytona Raceway, The Casements, Chocolate Factory tour and several restaurants. We spent our evenings playing games provided by the host family with the grandchildren. We have wonderful family memories from our week at Daytona Beach. A nice relaxing way to end our vacation.
