Ocean walk in beautiful, quiet New Smyrna Beach!
- This is a spacious 2 bedroom 2 bath unit located in beautiful New Smyrna Beach! The unit has a balcony looking to the intracoastal channel & preservation forest where you can see stunning sunsets and enjoy coffee or tea in the mornings. The master bedroom has the same view! The unit has plenty of storage space, ample kitchen area with washer and dryer on site.
We are in a quiet and modern complex, with dedicated beach access that takes you safely to the ocean in just few steps. It is a gated community where your vehicle can be securely parked (except for oversized vehicles, trailers or boats). Amenities include tempered pools, Jacuzzis, gym and sauna rooms, tennis court, two clubhouses, one movie theater, with a well kept gardening and exterior décor. Also, a few blocks south there's the famous JB's Fish Camp, and the beautiful Canaveral Seashores National Park it's just minutes away. You surely will relax in this corner of paradise away from the crowds and surrounded by nature and beauty!
