OCEANFRONT!! 2024 Luxuriously Renovated & Prof Decorated Condo on No Drive Beach

Cottage by the Sea is a luxuriously renovated and professionally decorated 1,300 square-foot oceanfront condominium that has an open floor plan with three beautiful bedrooms and two full baths. It's located on the top floor of a five-story, 50 unit condominium complex with a great pool just steps to the Atlantic Ocean. Our building has both elevator and stairs. Our units balcony is within 50 feet of New Smyrna’s NO DRIVE beach. Welcome to our Cottage by the Sea!

~ Brand new fully stocked and open kitchen with soft close cabinets and luxury quartz countertops featuring stainless steel appliances, microwave, disposal, coffee maker, blender, mixer and cookware with a cute coffee nook in the corner. A built in pantry for storage and ample dishes for meals. Great views of ocean!

~ Open concept dining room and living room with all new furniture in 2024. Completely updated furniture, décor and accessories with gorgeous views of the ocean as you're relaxing on the cozy sectional sofa!

~ Recently added guest laundry room with stackable washer and dryer that includes "Beach Kit" that includes 2 beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, and Turkish beach towels.

~ 4 smart TV's with spectrum app are provided. Wi-Fi is FREE and available throughout the condo! Our Spectrum APP can be accessed for all our current cable stations along with Netflix, Hulu, Disney Plus, etc that can be accessed with your personal accounts. Several free apps are also available!

~ Private covered oceanfront balcony with loveseat and 2 chairs providing a panoramic view of the ocean. A perfect space shuttle launch viewing area.

~ The brand new primary Suite offers a king size bed (new mattress 2024) with a newly renovated primary bathroom with custom walk in shower. Enjoy beautiful sunrises and southerly views from the privacy of your own bedroom.

~ The second bedroom features 1 queen bed with 1 twin loft bed. Nice work desk with built in closet including drawers and a south-facing window that provides full view of the pool and ocean. Perfect space for adults or kids! Freshly replaced memory foam mattresses 2025.

~The cozy third bedroom has King bed, dresser and smart tv (new mattress 2024) with the lovely south facing pool and ocean view.

~Building sits DIRECTLY across the street from a great shopping center that features a Dollar General Marketplace (which has groceries!) CC’s Waffle House, a great local breakfast/lunch diner; Nail Salon, Liquor Store, Beach Novelty Store, Ice Cream Parlor, French Bistro and Italian Restaurant which are amongst some of our favorite dining. Cottage by the Sea is also within a few miles of the famous Flagler Ave and Canel Street which features lots of local restaurants and Shops. Must visit area of New Smyrna Beach!

This condo checked all the boxes - nice, clean, updated, all the amenities, fantastic view, heated pool! We enjoyed our stay. We have stayed in quite a few different condos in NSB and this is one of the best.

Relaxing Beachside

We enjoyed a relaxing week at the beach. Areas weren't crowded and the property was fairly quiet. The location is perfect for going to attractions in nearby cities. Walking the beach was one of our favorite things.

Absolutely stunning view of the ocean plenty of room for my family to hang out in well furnished relaxing environment. My Mom and Wife loved the kitchen and just the overall condo environment. Cant say enough nice things about this property. We will be back again !!!!!!

Perfect Vacay!

My husband and I our 3 boys and one of their girlfriends, all in their 20s, had a great time. The condo is beautifully furnished with plenty of room for everyone! Great location, walkable to restaurants, grocery, beach store and ice cream! Great fishing, caught fish right out front of the condo! Pool was never too crowded, water temp amazing! Saw some great storms roll in from the lanai! Couldn’t have asked for anything better, we’ll definitely be back!! Kat

Much needed relazarion

I stayed here two years ago and a girlfriend stayed last year, so we decided to do the trip together. Many wonderful renovations like in house laundry were amazing. Loves the open concept. Kay was easy to communicate with. She thought of everything for a relaxing stay. Hoping to be back next year!

NSB Family Bacay

The condo was very well decorated and equipped for our group. The balcony ocean view is awesome. The Fourth of July fireworks display was one of the best we’ve seen. The property manager is one of the best we’ve ever experienced in our 30+ years staying in NSB.

Wonderful family time

We had a wonderful time- the view was spectacular and we loved walking the beach daily. The mall across the street had three nice restaurants and a Dollar General Market. Very convenient. Kay was helpful with any questions.

As close as you can get to the beach

This rental was everything we could have hoped for and more. The unit was beach front, spacious and clean. The kitchen was well stocked, and included spices, coffee filters and coffee/tea. We took advantage of the washer and dryer in the unit, and appreciated the beach chairs available for use. Kay was responsive and quickly answered when I messaged her with questions. The location is great. The views from the balcony are amazing. We even watched a rocket launch from the balcony one night. Amazing!

Family enjoying NSB

We enjoy the condo and the buildings amenities. Plenty of room for our family of 7. Beds were comfortable. Beach equipment locker is super nice and well equipped. Pool area is great. Having access to a grill on nights we didnt eat out was great to have. Our family really enjoys the peace NSB has to offer in August. We will be back. Awesome stay!

The Cottage by the Sea was perfect. My family and I had an amazing time, and really appreciated the home being well-stocked. The pics don’t do the Cottage justice! Kay was responsive within minutes and was understanding when my toddler destroyed a glass from the kitchen! Watching the sunrise from the balcony was breathtaking and every bedroom has ocean views. I could go on and on! Will definitely book again!

Wonderful condo!

Condo was great! Beds were so comfy! Perfect ocean views from our balcony on the end unit! Condo had everything you need! We used the umbrellas, beach cart, beach chairs and coolers every day. Someone previously wrote a comment about the residents being unfriendly, but we found them to be very friendly! The location was good and the little grocery store/liquor store across the street were so convenient! If vacationing in that area again would definitely rent this condo!

Family Vacay

This is our 2nd time staying at Hacienda Del Sol. We love the quietness of the complex and the beach. The kitchen was well stocked and we especially loved having coffee available as we arrived at 2 am and didn’t have a chance to stop at the store. The beds were very comfortable and also appreciated having box fans in the bedrooms. The location is convenient to restaurants and stores. The only suggestion would be to have more beach towels available to guests. There was only 3 towels and 6 guests. We will be back for sure!

Slice of Heaven

This condo rental is one of our favorite so far. The condo was clean, pretty and well stocked. The grounds were well maintained and the pool area marvelous. We enjoyed the way the pelicans would cruise by our balcony….at eye level. Being on the fourth floor, we were able to watch dolphins and boats on Atlantic. But the best event was spending the day a NASA, then watching the Artemis rocket with 4 astronauts launch to the space station. It was unbelievable. We watched from our balcony once again. I do have to mention the beautiful sunrises. It never was the same. But an added bonus was the moon rises! Gorgeous! Thank you for sharing your special cottage,

The condo was very clean and comfortable. There were plenty of dishes and cooking supplies as well as an assortment of seasonings. The beds were comfortable and the spa shower was a really nice bonus! The view from the balcony is beautiful. I appreciated that there are some beach supplies like chairs, a cooler and umbrella. We had an excellent stay. Just a word of warning, when the tide is in, there is no beach to walk on.

We enjoyed our time at New Smyrna Beach. Supplies were plentiful- lots of bath towels, kitchen supplies, and beach chairs to use during our stay. The on-site property manager wasn't there when we checked in so we had to ask for the code for pool/beach access later.
