The SeaEsta Beach House 2nd fl Apt itself is adorable, bright, cozy and clean. Smart lock and security cameras on the outside. You will definitely feel the Beach VIBES. This beautiful SECOND FLOOR APT. has its OWN PRIVATE ENTERANCE from first floor guest. Free parking with designated parking for both units. The SeaEsta 2nd floor unit has 3 bedrooms 1 bath a full working kitchen and a sofa sleeper (sleeps 8)
Whole house could be rented out based on availability
Self check in & out with smart lock pad. CURRENTLY NO PETS ALL0WED!!!!! STRICT NO PETS
Nightly pet fee $30 on approved pet $350 FOR NOT APPROVED PET

Quiet cute and convenient to Ocean Center

We stayed in this apartment while our child was competing in an event at the Ocean Center. This cute house is across the street and an easy walk to the beach and restaurants. Far enough away from the rowdy biker areas. Apartment is clean, newly renovated, and the host was responsive and kind. Rooms and beds are very small if that matters. Great choice for our family over expensive nearby hotels.

Perfect for NCA

My daughter cheers in college. Every year the largest college championship competition. The location of this house is directly across the street from the convention center. Walking distance to the beach, food and drinks. The house was clean and management answered all my questions almost immediately. I’ll be coming back for sure

Ocean Center Event

Location was great for our daughters dance event at Ocean Center. Home could have used more towels and dishes/silverware/pots & pans and a broom, would have been nice to sweep sand- we would have done it but no broom. Breaker blew at night while watching tv...nothing but a few cell phones plugged in (and tv- no lights on). Owner responsive to our concerns.
