Wonderful Location, top notch front desk and other guest services

The location was wonderful and, extremely clean, It was comfortable and well supplied. All requests made by us were quickly taken care of. I booked this location for all the pools. I wanted my five year old grandson to enjoy them. That didn't happen as to get a lounger you had to be out at the pool by 7:45 am. Signs clearly stated no saving loungers, but it was rampant. Security tried to help but were overwhelmed. We found it frustrating. I suggest bringing chairs and head for the beach.

This was such a wonderful property! Absolutley perfect location to Ocean Center ... Had beautiful amenities and beach... Everyone on staff was very friendly and helpful.. Will definitely be booking this unit again when we are back in Daytona for PASSION convention ... Property and room was very clean ..

Inconsistent amenities

While at the property, the slide was down, hot tubs not working, the lazy River stopped working and there is not enough luggage carts for the rooms.
