"Cons: lots of extra pricing that we weren't aware of when I booked the room. Wasn't happy to be charged to park especially during an approaching hurricane. Found one cockroach on the kitchen countertop. The living room area reeked of

urine. The

relief area was extremely small with pipes taking up most of the small space. Pro: free breakfast and access to food which was extremely welcoming considering we were hunkering down from the hurricane and didn't want to travel to look for...

"PROS: Light breakfast included in stay. Waffle house restaurant within walking distance if you want something more hearty. Nice view of the beach. Next door to a park for easy access to the beach. Room and bed clean. CONS: Not flexible on early check-in. Very limited parking availability, had to park across the street. When we were there, the pool area was under construction. The shower was in a bath tub that was difficult to manage. "
