    "I’ve been staying here for three years, this is my fourth. It’s not the same. The staff are not as friendly, helpful except the one younger lady with blond hair. She was so nice. I even had FIVE of my friends stay there and bragged about the service, I was embarrassed I had people spending thousands of dollars for sub par service.
