Cozy holiday home in the 5 star holiday park De Krim Texel.

Free entry to the new leisure pool.

It is designed for 6 people, child-friendly, 3 bedrooms, spacious cozy living and dining area with a view of the garden, sheltered terrace with garden furniture.

The living room with an open fireplace creates a romantic atmosphere in every season, with a book and a glass of wine, or just enjoy a DVD.

Due to the proximity to the extensive beach "Paal 28" and the diverse leisure facilities in the immediate vicinity, it offers relaxation for young and old.
The surrounding area can be explored with bicycles.

Our house offers:
2 bedrooms with double beds (1 x 180x220cm / 1 x 180x200cm)
1 bedroom with two single beds
1 travel cot

A new bathroom with a walk-in shower and a separate toilet.

There is also a washing machine, dryer and a second refrigerator in the storage room.

Schöne Wohnung in ruhiger Lage, 2,5 km zum Strand. Wir hatten auch mit Sturm eine entspannte Zeit. Super Fahrradwege und schöne kleine Orte auf der Insel.

Mooi vakantiehuis

Heel praktisch ingericht huis voorzien van alle gemakken, beschutte zithoek buiten en voldoende privacy. Met de voorzieningen op het park meegerekend kunnen we niet anders zeggen dan ‘toplocatie’.

Heel erg goed. Park heeft bijna overdadig veel faciliteiten maar voor ons is de natuur van Texel alleen al voldoende voor een fijne vakantie.

über das ein oder andere Staubkorn auf den Schränken sehen wir hinweg (Reinigungsdienst halt) und empfehlen dieses total nett (Wie zuhause) & wohnlich eingerichtete Haus in dem etwas außerhalb gelegenen Ferienpark gerne weiter. Preis mehr als angemessen, toller Gaskamin (Februar) sehr behaglich. Empfang im Park erfolgte reibungslos. Alles bestens!

Ein sehr schöner Urlaub!

Ein sehr schönes und hochwertig ausgestattetes Ferienhaus, das Kinder aushält🙂! Die lichtdurchfluteten Räumlichkeiten und die Randlage in einem sehr schönen Park mit tollem Schwimmbad waren zwei von unseren persönlichen Highlights! Alles bestens und ganz unkompliziert!

Tolles Haus, lässt keine Wünsche offen

Das Haus liegt mitten im Ferienpark De Krim, ist toll eingerichtet und lässt tatsächlich keine Wünsche offen. Wir konnten uns tollen Kaffee machen, draußen im Garten sitzen und in der Hütte gibt es Fahrräder und einen Grill. Mit dem Fahrrad war es dann einfach, jeden Tag kurz Brötchen zu holen. Auch geschmackvoll eingerichtet, deutsche Fernsehsender, einen Hochstuhl für das Kind (gut, meins braucht keinen mehr, aber es ist einer da). Und und und.... Vielen Dank Familie Conrads

Excellent stay in a lovely place

Excellent stay in a lovely place. The apartment was excellent and more than we could have asked for. De Krim itself was a lovely park/base for our holiday with a great swimming pool, reasonable bike hire and good restaurant/supermarket. Only thing to note is make sure you bring your own towels are none are provided in the apartment. Thanks for a lovely long weekend.

Perfekt auf Texel

Meine Familie und ich haben ein langes Wochenende bei der Fam. Conrads auf Texel im Park de Krim gebucht. Wir sind mit vier Personen und zwei Hunden angereist, vor dem Haus standen zwei Parkplätze zur Verfügung so das dass lästige Koffertragen entfiel. Sehr gut.... Wir waren sehr erfreut wie gemütlich und liebevoll der Bungalow eingerichtet war. Einfach zum wohlfühlen. Von der Waschmaschine, die wir jedoch nicht benötigten, bis hin zum Staubsauger war alles vorhanden. Eine gemütliche kleine Küche mit allem erdenklichen eingerichtet lädt auch mal dazu ein abends nicht essen zu gehen und sich etwas leckeres selber zuzubereiten. Weiterhin ist ein Gaskamin vorhanden der es noch gemütlicher macht. Ein angenehm großer Fernseher, ( wer es braucht) Internetverbindung, verschiedene Spiele und Bücher sind auch vorhanden Bad und WC sind getrennt, da kommt es morgendlich nicht zum Stau, auch perfekt. Draußen vor dem Haus ist ein kleiner mit einer Hecke eingezäunter Garten mit einer schönen ummauerten Terasse. An warmen Tagen wunderbar zum entspannen . Wir hatten leider nicht die Möglichkeit da das Wetter doch recht frisch war. Wir können nur sagen, wir waren begeistert, hatten einige erholsame Tage und werden bestimmt mal wiederkommen.

Schöner gemütlicher Regenbogenurlaub

Regenbogenurlaub, schön wäre es gewesen, wenn es schön gewesen wäre, aber für das Wetter kann ja keiner was. Unterkunft super, alles da was man (frau) so benötigt. Einladend und gemütlich, in Erinnerung an die Zeiten wo wir noch mit Kindern reisten, ist auch die Waschmaschiene positiv aufgefallen. Familie Conrads hat in ihrer Anzeige nicht zuviel versprochen. Wir kommen wieder wenn die Sonne scheint. Sehr erwähnenswert die gute Senseo und die zwei Fahrräder. Tolles Badezimmer. Ende gut alles gut. Sehr zu empfehlen auch für Familien mit Kindern, weil Schwimmbad und Spielplatz um die Ecke, für ohne Kinder und dann bei vielleicht doch schlechtem Wetter die gemütlichen Restaurants in ihrer ganzen Vielfalt. Toll auch der Ausflug zum Leuchtturm. Also, wie gesagt gerne wieder

Es war wieder super schön.

Wir hatten leider nicht soviel Glück mit dem Wetter und trotzdem ist Texel immer eine Reise wert. Bei schlechten Wetter ist es im Haus sehr gemütlich. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, wir haben uns wieder sehr wohl gefühlt und konnten unserem Urlaub in vollen Zügen genießen.
