Super family space and rooms , very close to train station. , outside is not the best , but inside the hotel is excellent

Spacious room. Convenient location in Louise with gourmet grocery store, restaurants, cafes, shopping nearby. Taxi stand front of hotel.

The rooms are spacious with big beds and good bathrooms. The breakfast selection was very good and was constantly topped up. The hotel is in a convenient location for the main tourist spots, such as Grand Place, and for travel links for the trams, metro, traibs and buses.

Perfect location close to city centre and lovely food court. Arrived early and was able to check in early which was great. Room was clean, tea and coffee making facility which was great. Only downside during the stay was the breakfast staff - in particular the two men who took your breakfast orders, they were grumpy, abrupt and sometimes rude which was a shame because breakfast itself was great.

Great location with a popular cafe attached. Rooms were sufficient and the hotel was clean. Staff was really helpful when we asked typical tourist questions.
