"Absolutely incredible. The staff made all of the difference. I appreciated Mo, the lady who ran the afternoon tea service, and the concierges. Our charming room overlooked the canal. We had the opportunity to visit the spa and the Freddy's bar. Highly recommend."

My only complaint is that the front desk team said they would send someone up to convert my twin beds into a double but it never happened. Apart from that, all good"

"The annex was definitely a downgrade from the rest of the hotel (the alley entrance was plagued by vagrants) but the main building, facilities, and staff are all very much 5 star. "

"While checking in was busy but everyone waiting was offered a complimentary drink while waiting, all staff was friendly and pelite. The standard room for 2 was really nice- clean, showers and toilets was clean but a bit on the smaller side but still managed to enjoy the rainfall shower. All in all was a great experience and would come back again when staying in Amsterdam."
