Staff knew nothing about the Expedia Gold benefits. Unacceptable since this is why I chose this property. Had to explain the discount again at checkout. No room upgrade considered.

Stijl- en sfeervol hotel met vriendelijk en attent personeel. Communicatie via app met de Frontdesk is een bonus, direct een reactie. Parkeergelegenheid op het terrein en uitstekende bereikbaarheid. Restaurant Suus is een aanrader

Good breakfast and clean, modern hotel just footsteps from the metro station. Amenities are limited though with no room service.

The room was everything I wanted. I would book again.

It was a great hotel .. a must try :) but the communication with the staf was difficult . The check in and out was by phone and as a traveller its not that easy with out wifi .. but other than that the place was great and imaginary :))
