"Clean room and great staff"

"I'm inclined to gatekeep but my desire to have other families experience a great vacation at a good price compells me to share. This is a hidden gem.The price is ridiculously amazing for a 2BR suite with all the amenities. So clean, very quiet and very friendly staff. Access to a club house with lots of recreation options and close to all the attractions of Williamsburg. My only complaint is that the indoor pool needed to be cleaned.Murky water (you couldn't clearly see your feet). Still, not enough for me to reduce stars because our experience was so good. 10/10 recommend."

"Location is in walking distance to visitor center so you do not have to pay extra for parking. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is mostly carb based with boiled eggs. Wish to have more protein options like scrambled eggs, sausages or bacon. "

"The hotel was very nice, with clean rooms and nice grounds. The breakfast was decent for just $5 for two people and even though some people complained on their reviews, I didn’t have any issues. The staff were nice. I save the best part for last you can have your room clean everyday. I love this. We stayed 5 days. it was a great stay. "

"In town for class reunion and stayed here for the first time in many years. It was absolutely delightful. Staff couldn't have been more friendly (think southern hospitality on steroids) and helpful. We extended our stay for this reason. Had 2 meals in their restaurant and they were outstanding. Gift shop is can't miss its so unique and filled with fantastic gifts. We had king room with fireplace and realistically its more of a mini suite than just a room. We will repeat for sure."
