"This is someone’s home so you are staying in a bed room either with a private bath or shared bath. They have one cute cat that is quiet. The hosts are teachers and are extremely nice and helpful! I took the bus and train there from the airport with my luggage and then took bus train and then bus to everywhere. It’s only $3.50 to take public transportation including transfers within 90 minutes. The house is close to all bus stops, within 5 to 15 minutes of walking. This is a very nice and quiet neighborhood with huge houses. I slept very well at night because the bed was comfortable and it was very quiet and peaceful! It is also a lot cheaper than hotels."

"The room was really nice, decor was new and it was super clean. The space was situated so that it was really quiet during the night time. No TV was inconvenient. I thought there was a shared space for TV. I did not see any staff. At around 11:30pm and 6:30am there were people in the kitchen talking loud and not being very considerate. The parking was awkward but that’s usual in Vancouver proper."

"This is a perfect location for sighting seeing in Vancouver, BC Canada. Our tour bus was from Seattle, WA able to drop us off right in front of the house because it sits on a major street with a bus line. You can walk out of the house and get on a free bus to take you to the Sky Train that takes you right downtown or to the dock to get on the hop on and hop off bus. Also, there is an A&W Root beer restaurant and a Subway that is open 24 Hours and is just a block walk from the house. The host was fantastic, she was very helpful and at the house to greet us when we arrived. I would only request that 2 things to be cleaned and that was (1) the coffee pot in the bedroom and (2) the bedroom floor which was dirty from the rug and the host asked you to remove your shoes when you enter the house. I would stay here again because it was only 69 per night and well worth the cost."

"The property is very unique and eclectic and looks just like the pictures. There are several different bedrooms that you could be staying in so confirm before booking. We came here for the experience of staying in a mansion for comparably the same price as other shared homes on VRBO and it delivered. Conveniently located and there is a pool, sauna, exercise room, and kitchen for your use. One area that could use improvement is the bed was extremely firm and the pillows very flat. The host Charles is extremely pleasant and recently started hosting rooms on VRBO so we'll be excited to see how this place evolves over time."
