"I was SO surprised how wonderful the room was! The sheets were wonderfully fresh and smelled good and clean! The towels were impeccable! It was truly high quality! Very comfortable! I was taken aback because the property around it didn’t look that amazing so it gave me the idea this wouldn’t be as amazing. I was pleasantly surprised 💕very comfortable!"

"Everything was great the only thing that is a no go, is the food. Get it elsewhere lol, no offense to them but it just gets put in like a microwave and heated up. I almost even prefer a breakfast buffet. I will say this was for breakfast only."

"1 light in the room is broke, 1 outlet is broke, fridge is not cold, ice machine only produce limited ice, our room wasn’t ready at check in time, pool was close, lots of pit holes in the parking lot. Bad image for Double Tree standard! Very, very disappointed."

"The “all you can eat breakfast “was very disappointing unless you like oatmeal and hard boiled eggs. The coffee bar along with everything else was the bare minimum. They didn’t even have fake scrambled eggs just hard boiled eggs. My room had no microwave or refrigerator. As far as cleanliness goes again, they must’ve dated the bare minimum to consider it to be cleaned from the last people. I probably left the room cleaner than when I got there. The second day I called the front desk to have housekeeping do turn out Service (what housekeeping does for new guests before they get their room key) and I asked them to just vacuum the floors and change out/replace the towels, Kleenex,Tp, etc.. while I was away at work and when I got back at 3am nothing was done. They never even came in my room, but they were there right at 11am when it came to check out time to get me out of there. I would not recommend this hotel unless they come down on their price or get their act together."
