Very nice and very good hotel loved

Hotel was great and staff was helpful. We just had a few inconveniences in our room. Thank you

Was here for a conference and it was conveniently located. It also had lovely pools and some nice cute restaurants. Staff was always ready and willing to help

This is the perfect place to stay if you wish to have excellent value and be considerably close to everything. Aside from the nasty designated smoking section being right in the pathway to get to the front desk, the staff welcomed us with with smiles and attentiveness. Sofia checked us in quickly and anticipated some of our questions. Oh, and it is always great when you can get a room before check-in time. There is a very good exercise room and nice pool. They have games to play for a price but nothing seemed to work, except corn hole. The rooms were nicely designed, clean and the ac worked great. There was a lack of lighting and the lamps used were of a good design but not very practical. The beds were comfy, as well as the pillows and the bathroom had decent water pressure. Parking was extra, but convenient. However, the lighting in the parking area was minimal at best. The busses to/from the parks/attractions were timely and got us back and forth quickly. There is a place for some food before you get on those morning busses and I heard they had a rooftop restaurant, but I didn't get the chance to see it. All in all, this is a great place for a good price. I probably won't stay here again, but that's because I want to try all of the Universal hotels at one point. If you are looking for good value, and no frills, I'd say stay here!
