"Overall it was a good stay. The host was very responsive and helpful when i needed it and made sure to accommodate us. The ac worked wonders i actually got cold a few times. Loved that there was a washer, dryer and dishwasher. The pool was definitely nice and over all fun with my family. They provided a pool towel, one pair of goggles and 4 floating noodles for the pool. Loved the big sink and the fridge had a lot of space. There were things that caught my eye. The pool area wasn't clean the net to get all the stuff out was broken. The dumpsters were over flowing outside from previous people that stayed. There was only one trash bag for 6 days of a family of 4. (She did offer to have the cleaner bring some but I chose just to buy some). One of the bathroom doors were broken on the hung (host notified me of this). There were only 4 dishwasher pods. The dish sponge was outside by the pool. The beds were very firm with maybe 1 inch cushion. 4 out of 6 pole sticks had broken tips and one was bent. Pool table was wobbly when you barely lean on it and one of the holes were hanging. No broom, dust pan or a mop to clean up after ourselves. Really no cleaning supplies. Besides dish soap the spong and the little vaccum. (When I used the vacuum it would spit things back out)."

"My family and I chose to have a little last minute staycation for the 4th of July and let me tell you this place did not disappoint and exceeded our expectations. So many amenities you would expect a host to provide and it just makes you feel so at home. Michael and Veronica you guys have such a special place to make great memories, thank you for allowing my family and I to experience it."

"We had an excellent stay at this lakefront home and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. Everything was exactly as described in the listing, and the property exceeded our expectations.The home was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with plenty of space for everyone to enjoy. We especially loved the lakefront setting and took full advantage of the kayaks and private pontoon boat, which made exploring the lake both easy and fun. The pool and spa were fantastic amenities and provided the perfect place to relax after a day on the water.The pool table was another great feature that kept everyone entertained in the evenings and added to the overall experience. It was clear that a lot of thought had gone into making this property enjoyable for guests.Communication was excellent, and the check-in and check-out process was seamless. Overall, this was a wonderful stay, and we would not hesitate to return. Thank you for providing such a great vacation experience!"

"The house is beautiful, and in a wonderful, unique location in Phoenix where you have both mountain and lake views from the back yard. The pool was wonderful and my kids loved going out on the lake in the paddle boat - I recommend going out at sunset! We had an issue with check in, and and issue with the AC not running, but the host got the AC fixed and provided a refund for a portion of our stay, so I felt that overall the host did what they needed to do to make things right."
