"The property is a sub basement of a house. The entrance is through the garage and it’s tiny. Difficult to get thru the doors to the basement. The place is minimally furnished. It is located at the far north end of Richmond Hill away from commercial activities. I would not rent this place again. Owner is quick to respond to requests. "

"Front desk was very friendly and nice, the room was great and clean. We booked a Deluxed Studio room with queen bed: it has a medium size fridge, kitchenette, microwave, table and chair, own washroom and shower. It is like a mini studio apartment. Overall stay was good! The property itself is good, although it is small but it is secure. The building is not fancy like a 4 star hotel but if you need a night to stay it is good, clean and comfy. The shower is small but better than a shared...
